Meet Crystal!
Crystal is a Transformational Yoga Teacher from Northwest Arkansas committed to play, challenging physical practice and connection. Crystal is an Instructor, Teaching Assistant and CO-Founder of The Yoga Collective at Maitri in Fayetteville, Arkansas and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher (E-RYT). She has taught and trained in North America and Europe.
In Crystal’s classes you will: play on your edge, learn to listen to and love your body, quiet your mind, open your heart and connect. Come prepared to start with a powerful physical practice followed by a deliciously chill close.
